Penn West Futsal Youth State Cup 2011-2012

Penn West Futsal (West Penn Futsal) will host its annual State Cup Championship for the 25th year.

Fees: $250.00
Entry fees Early Bird  $220.00

Single game fees $105.00 (Member Discount)

Non Members Entry Fee  ($300.00)

 

Final entry deadline 12-14-2011 on or Before 11:59 pm  

Venue & Formats

The competition will be held at the Monroeville Sports Center on  This year, we will use a 3 game guaranteed round robin brackets in all age divisions of 3 teams or more. Also, we will play elimination systems of quarters, semis, and finals as needed. Any age divisions with two teams will have a final to decide the Champion and the Finalist.
 

Awards

Awards will be granted to all members of the teams finishing as Champions or Finalists. In addition these teams will represent Penn West Futsal (West Penn Futsal) at the Regional Competition.

 Rules

  1. Home team is listed first.
  2. Home team changes in case of color conflicts.
  3. Home team kicks off towards front door.
  4. Championship Games are 2 x 20 Minute halves. All other games are 40 Minutes.
  5. One Time Out Per Half.
  6. TIED PLAYOFF GAMES WILL BE DECIDED BY A 5 MINUTE GOLDEN GOAL OVERTIME PERIOD THEN PENALTY KICKS FROM THE MARK.
     
  7.  Only 12 Awards Per Team for Winners and Finalists.

 
  1. Each Team Must Complete a OFFICIAL USFF Roster Before the First Game. Or Fill out a Complete Temporary Roster before the First Game Any players not on the Roster can NOT  play for that team.
  2. (Added 12/27/2008) A player may play on only for 1 team  in the same age division.
  3. Each Team must turn in the certified tournament USFF roster to the Third Official/Scorekeeper Before Each Game

 

 Playing Rules

  

All other rules will be standard Futsal.

No appeals are allowed

        The decisions of the tournament organizing committee are final.
